Free (Hot Bikini) Car Wash Business Plan

Obtaining Business Financing

hot bikini car washWhen obtaining a business loan for a car wash business, it is imperative that you have a properly structured business plan that will assist you in showcasing how you intend to operate your Car Wash, how the business will operate, how you intend to market the business, the anticipated financial results of your company, and how you intend to repay your debt obligations. This sample loan business plan will provide you with the framework that you need in order to acquire a business loan for starting or expanding this type of business.

Executive Summary

Introduction

When obtaining a business loan for a car wash, it is imperative that your business plan has a clear and concise executive summary that provides an outline of what are seeking to accomplish, how much capital you are seeking to raise, the management biography of the business owner, and an overview of the anticipated profit and loss statements of the business. Here is an example of how the title paragraph should be written:

hot bikini car washCar Wash, Inc. ("the Company") is seeking a business loan of $100,000 in order to launch the operations of a car wash that will be based in San Francisco, California. The Company was founded in (Insert Year). The business was founded by Mr. John Doe.

Products and Services

In the next segment of the business loan and business planning document, you should showcase the products and services that you will be providing to the general public. For instance:

The Car Wash will provide customers with the ability to quickly have their cars exteriors and interiors cleaned by the Company's professionally trained staff. The business will not have an automated drive through car wash, but rather individuals will wash and clean the car by hand. The business will generate revenues through the services rendered by the Company's staff as well as through the sale of car care products.

Business Loan Terms

hot bikini car washNow it is time to discuss the anticipated terms of the business plan that you are seeking. An example paragraph of how this is stated: At this time, Mr. Doe is seeking a conventional business loan in the amount of $100,000. The interest rate, loan terms, and loan covenants are to be determined during negotiation. However, this business plan assumes that the business will receive a seven year business loan with a seven percent interest rate due on the outstanding principal balance.

Management Biography

Now that the summary of the business has been provided, it is time to provide a brief overview of the owner of the business. An example paragraph summing up the owner is as follows:

Mr. Doe is a highly experienced business person that has years of experience regarding the direct ownership and management of business. He will be able to effectively bring the operations of the Car Wash to profitability while ensuring that the business loan's payments and its covenants are met at all times.

Financial Statements

hot bikini car washThe most important thing to your lender when applying for a business loan is how you intend to repay the bank. In this section of the business plan, you should provide an overview of the finance's of the business discussing the anticipated revenues, expenses, and profits/losses. You can also discuss the applicable collateral within the business plan that will be used to secure your business financing.

Expansion Plans

One of the most important aspects of your business plan is how you intend to expand the business over a three to five year period. Banks and finance companies always want to see that the business will experience a moderate to strong level of growth. This is especially true in business lending because as your business grows the cash flow that secures your business loan will decrease proportionality against your monthly credit obligations. An example of how this is stated is as follows:

The Car Wash will continue to expand through organic means including increasing the Company's advertising budget via the reinvestment into the after tax cash flows of the business. Additionally, if the business is highly successful then the Company may seek to establish additional Car Wash locations after the third year of operations.

hot bikini wetThe Financing
Use of Business Loan Proceeds
In this section of the business plan you should focus on how the proceeds of the business loan will be used. An example of this would be as follows:
Car Wash Establishment - $50,000
Car Wash Equipment and FF&E - $10,000
Working capital - $40,000

Management Equity

In this section of the business plan you should discuss the percentage ownership of the business among the owners of the business. For example:

Mr. Doe will own 100% of Car Wash, Inc.

Board of Directors

When applying for business financing, the bank will also want to know who serves as the board of directors. For small businesses, usually the owner serves as the director of the business. An example of how this is worded:

Mr. Doe will be the sole director of Car Wash, Inc.

Exit Strategy

hot bikini wetAny bank or financing company is also going to want to know what you intend to do with the business over a set period of time. Many business owners will develop and expand a business with the intent to sell the company to a third party at a later time. When drafting this part of the business plan you should focus on what you intentions are in regards to potentially selling the business. This is often worded as: Mr. Doe would most likely sell the Car Wash to a third party for a significant earnings multiple. Car wash businesses usually sell for approximately one to three times earnings given the financial strength of the business. In this event, the business would be sold by a business broker and the business loan sought in this plan would be repaid according to the covenants of the business loan agreement.

Products and Services

When developing a business plan that is appropriate for obtaining a business loan or other business credit facility you need to clearly showcase the services or products that you will be offering to the general public. An example of how this section is worded goes as follows:

As stated in the executive summary, the Car Wash will provide general car cleaning (of both the interior and exterior of a vehicle) to the general public within its San Francisco based market. The business will generate significant high margin revenues from these services.

Additionally, the business will generate additional streams of revenue from the sale of car care products that customers can use at home.

Industry and Market Analysis

The Current State of the Economy

hot bikini wet car wash It is important to let your financial institution know that you are well apprised of the financial situation of the general economy when you are applying for a business loan. This is especially true in today's environment where lending has become more difficult and will remain more difficult in the foreseeable future. Specifically, you should gear this section of the business plan analysis towards the industry that you are operating within. For example: The current economy has remained difficult over the past few years. However, Car Wash businesses typically operate with a strong state of economy stability as these businesses provide a broad level of car cleaning services with a relatively low pricing point. As such, the Car Wash will be able to remain profitable and cash flow positive at all times despite the current state of the economy.

The Car Wash Industry

In addition to providing your business loan officer with an understanding of the general economy, it is important that you showcase that you have an equal understanding of the industry in which you are operating within. As such, you will need to provide you business loan institution of a brief overview of your industry and any potential changes that may affect the way that your company does business. An example of how an industry overview is as follows:

wet see through bikini hot sexyThere are over 13,600 car washing establishments in the United States. These businesses produce over $4 billon dollars a year in gross receipts. Additionally, the business employs over 124,000 people, and generates payroll figures of $1.2 billion dollars a year. The industry has experienced a tremendous rate of growth over the last ten years. The car washing industry from 2000 to 2005 experienced growth of more than 18% over the five year period. This industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States.

Target Market

In this section of the business loan application and business plan analysis, you should focus on the demographics of your localized market (or national market if applicable). This section should discuss how many people live in your area, the anticipated number of people that would require the use of Car Was businesses, the median household income of people living in the area, poverty line statistics, and any applicable laws that would apply to your operation of the Car Wash.

Competition

hot bikiniMany people that are developing new businesses or expanding existing businesses often feel that their business does not have any competition or limited competition at best. However, this is almost never the case. Unless you have re-invented the wheel – you will have competition. When applying for a business loan, you should clearly showcase your competition in your business plan. This is especially important to your banker as they will be able to gauge your ability to be successful in your targeted market. Many business loan underwriters will aggressively confirm that competitive nature of your local market and your local industry.

When drafting this section of the plan you should heavily discuss the competitive advantages that you intend to have over your competition.

Marketing Plan

hot bikiniIn addition to all of the above information that we have covered, your business loan officer is also going to want to know how you intend to market your business to the general public. Most people do not quite understand how to effectively market their business outside of prominent signage or flyer distribution. When applying for a business loan (again in this difficult lending climate), your banker is going to want to see that you have a clear methodology of how you intend to market your services or products to the general public. In this section of the business plan – we will overview how to showcase your services/products to the general public.

Marketing Overview Example

The Car Wash will place prominent signage on the facility to draw a significant amount of foot traffic.
The business will maintain listings in the Yellow Books.
The Car Wash will also maintain an internet website that showcases the Company's operations, hours of operation, and relevant contact information.

Marketing Strategies Overview

Additionally, you will be required to further drill down (in your business plan) how you intend to implement your strategies when you launch or expand your business's operations. In this section of the business loan and business plan documents, you should amplify the bullet points from the section above. For instance:

hot bikini transparentThe Car Wash, Inc. intends to use a number of strategies that will create instant traffic and customer flow to the Company's location. These strategies include not only using prominent facility and road signage, but also distributing flyers to people that fall into he Company's targeted demographics. The business will also regularly take out advertisements in localized newspapers that showcase the Company's hours of operations, car washing services, and specials that are occurring within the Car Wash's location on a regular basis..

The business will also maintain a highly informative website that showcases the Car Wash's services, its hours of operation, service information, licensure information, and other relevant information in regards to the Company's services. This website will be listed on major search engines such as Google as many people now use the internet to locate local businesses.

The Financial Plan

hot bikini car washBeyond any other part of your business loan application or business plan, the financials section of these documents are what matters most when applying for a business loan or any other type of credit facility. Ultimately, this section of the business plan showcases not only what your anticipated profitability will be, but also how you intend to repay the funds that you have borrowed through your business financing facility. An example of how this section is structure is as follows:

Assumptions

Car Wash, Inc. will have an average annual growth rate of 10% per year.
Mr. Doe will acquire $100,000 through a business loan in order to launch the operations of the business.

Proforma Financials for a Business Loan

hotNow it is time to showcase how you intend to repay your loan, generate a profit, and increase the book value of your business over a three to five year period. BusinessPlansForLoan.com has developed an easy to use financial model that you can use when drafting out the financial model for your business plan and business loan application. Through your business loan application, you will be required to have the following:

Profit and Loss Statement for your Car Wash
Cash Flow Analysis for the Car Wash
Balance Sheet for the Car Wash
Business Loan Amortization Tables

Earn "6 Times" More With Your AdSense Very Easily

Earn 6 Times More With Your AdSense Very EasilyMany might have said this and many of you are using this trick too, but for those who still did not gave it a try and think that Google AdSense does not pay well, read on and DO TRY IT!

The publishers bid in Google AdWords to get to the top in your blog pages where Ad Units are displayed. The theory is simple. The one who pays out more has more chances to be displayed at the top in the pages running ads. So the first Ad unit in your blog page will display the advertisers which pay the highest for clicks, the second Ad unit pays out lesser than the first and so on.

So what I want to suggest you here is to "use only one ad unit" in your blog page. Yes! I used to have two ad units in my pages. One below the header (728x15) and other below the heading of the article (300x200). Now all the Ads which were relevant to the article I published were displayed in the 728x15 Ad unit and other Ad units would publish non-relevant Ads. I removed the 728x15 Ad unit and "for the same number of clicks and visits" my AdSense earnings were raised by 6 times than the initial earnings!

So do this experiment right away. Use just one Ad unit in your page and I can assure you that you will be payed more for clicks than what you are being payed.

And if you are not using AdSense then do me a favor and click on the referral link below the video unit on the right side of my site and register for AdSense and start earning dollars.

Blog Earnings Report for Jan 2008

Blog Earnings Report for Jan 2008Jan 2008 has passed pretty quickly for me with two vacations and it was a rather spectacular month in regards to earnings as well. My earnings have jumped up 300% from last month earnings of $115.33 up to $343.63 in Jan 2008 as a result of more sponsored posts and blog advertising. I’m really not sure why the difference between the worst day (Saturday, Jan 12, 2008 - 2.44% of my AdSense earnings) and the best day (Sunday, Jan 13, 2008 - 3.97% of my AdSense earnings) was so immense considering that the best day followed the worst day immediately.
My previous earnings were as follows:
Nov 2007 earnings of $124.07
Oct 2007 earnings of $111.75

I’m still trying to get a little bit more diversity into my earnings with the goal that my AdSense earnings jump 50% while keeping the money earned stable. I think I will have to test a few schemes and get rid of some that do not make that much sense anymore. I have monetized my blog in 18 different ways listed below.

Here are my blog earnings for Jan 2008:

1. SponsoredReviews.com Earnings: $137.37
2. Google AdSense Earnings: $59.02
3. A.W.Surveys Earnings: $37.75
4. AuctionAds / ShoppingAds Earnings: $25
5. WidgetBucks Earnings: $25
6. Smorty Blog Advertising Earnings: $12
7. Buxr Earnings: $10
8. Kontera ContentLink(TM) Earnings: $10.65
9. Helium Earnings: $7.37
10. Blogsvertise Earnings: $5
11. PayPerPost Earnings: $5
12. Fusion Cash Earnings: $5
13. BidVertiser Earnings: $3.17
14. AdBrite Earnings: $0.99
15. Pheedo Feed Advertising Earnings: $0.14
16. Voxant Newsroom Earnings: $0.07
17. Shareapic.net Earnings: $0.06
18. Hubpages Earnings: $0.04

Total Blog Earnings for Jan 2008: $343.63

I want to concentrate on direct ad sales as well because this is something that I have been neglecting for a very long time. The stats from last month showed for instance that both Evertons and John Chows direct ad sales made up 9.11% and 11.45% of their total earnings while mine remained at 0.33%.

To sum up my plans for Feb 2008:

+ Focus on direct ad sales
+ Remove AdSense Search and install a better search
+ Get rid of Feedburner Ads in Feeds
+ Try out some selected affiliate programs to diversify my income

Take advantage of more tax cuts that are underway

Take advantage of more tax cuts that are underwayThat's the word from the White House.

Yep, Dubya apparently wants to take one more shot at tax cuts before he has to vacate 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

A presidential spokesman said this afternoon that Dubya will meet with Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke to examine whether he should propose an economic stimulus package to jumpstart the economy.

Afterwards, the prez, flanked by members of his Working Group on Financial Markets, plans to meet with reporters.

Don't expect any big announcements, though. The White House is juggling political expectations (and fears) in this presidential election year, along with the harsh realities of just how much can be done in light of budgetary concerns.

And, of course, he doesn't want to spoil the surprise of what he'll say in the annual State of the Union Address on Jan. 28.

Tons of tax talk: But that hasn't stopped the tax cut rumors from swirling.

There is speculation that Dubya could harken back to the early days of his presidency and call for a temporary cut a la the $300 tax rebate issued in 2001.

Or he could put on a concerted push to make permanent at least some of his tax cuts that are set to expire in 2011.

Of course, the fiscal and political realities of 2008 will make both the substance and style of trying to accomplish any tax cuts quite interesting.

Blog Earnings Report for December 2007

Blog Earnings Report for December 2007This is the 3rd month my blog is monetized since it was first published in October 2007. In the first few months of the blog I wasn’t expecting any income actually because of the fewer visitors. I have started this blog with absolutely zero spending expenditure and wanted to prove the money making concept works. Looking at my earnings in just one month, I am sure that I will achieve more revenue in 2008.

Here is the quick glimpse of my past earnings:
Nov 2007 earnings of $124.07
Oct 2007 earnings of $111.75

Blog Earnings Report for December 2007: $115.33

Google AdSense Earnings: $27.34
Kontera ContentLink(TM)Earnings: $6.39
BidVertiser Earnings: $2.60
Smorty Blog Advertising Earnings: $30
SponsoredReviews.com Earnings: $39
Blogsvertise Earnings: $10

As you can see I just started experimenting AdBrite today and was happy to learn that I can use AdSense, Kontera and AdBrite all three of them simultaneously on the same page without any conflicts or violation of each others terms of service. I have earned decent amount from AdSense on my blog in my first month and I am expecting crossing the $100 AdSense limit in the next month or so.

My Blog has been visited 5000 times with a very good page visit (I can't disclose the page views due to the contract with the advertisers).

Referring sites have contributed 10% to my traffic while search engines have given 90% traffic.

For a new blog social networking sources seems the best way to start driving traffic.

The best traffic source is Digg for now. I will be spending some time to having free organic traffic from HubPages next month and experiment if it gives better results compared to Digg.

Thanks to all supporters and followers.

Cracking The Code: Earn $20 A Day, Every Day, With Free Blogs

Cracking The Code: Earn $20 A Day, Every Day, With Free BlogsA No-Frills, No-Filler Special Report Revealing The Secret To Generating A Steady Flow Of Income On The Internet - Produced By The Rhodes Brothers John S. Rhodes and Matthew W. Rhodes.

It's a short, simple blueprint that shows you how to setup blogs that pump out $20 bills everyday with only minimal effort, probably 2 hours worth of work (and 15 minutes of maintenance per day) at the absolute most. Click here to download your FREE copy.

Making $20 a day, everyday, isn't a daunting task. It will take a little bit of time to get your blog set up, but ultimately you'll only be spending a few minutes a day between posting and promoting it. You can repeat this process over and over for as many blogs as you want. Have 10 blogs? Then you could be making $200+ a day, and it would probably only require an hour or two of work daily. Not too shabby, and it's a great way to get some money to invest in future ventures you might have. If you ever get discouraged, just remember this: $20/day x 365 days a year = $7,300 of extra income every year. And that's for 15 minutes or so of work everyday. That's tough to beat unless you're rich or a big wig marketer.

Develop on Android SDK... and Win $10 Million in Prizes

Develop on Android SDK... and Win $10 Million in Prizes
Google recently expanded on last week's announcement of the Open Handset Alliance by releasing an SDK - and by announcing $10 million in prizes for developers who build "great applications" for the Android open platform for mobile devices.

The Android Developer Challenge will be run in two phases. First, the 50 most promising entries received by March 3, 2008 will get a $25,000 award to fund further development - and then, from those 50 entries, ten will win an additional $275,000, and ten will win $100,000.

"Putting up prizes to drive mobile development is nothing new, and while the Android Developer Challenge might offer more money, it comes without the promise of marketing and licensing assistance that normally accompanies such promotions (though the value of that varies widely)," notes The Register's Bill Ray.

Kiddie Tax Loophole Soon to Disappear

Here's a piece courtesy of Marotta Asset Management on the kiddie tax loophole that is soon to expire.

Income-shifting is one of several tax planning tools families have used to lower their tax bill. Historically, parents could save a bundle by transferring highly appreciated investments to their children who are in lower tax brackets. However, this year, Congress has made income-shifting a dream of the past, trapping more kids in the dreaded "kiddie tax." Beginning January 1, 2008, children under 24 will owe taxes on unearned income at their parents' higher tax rates.

The "kiddie tax," or so it has been affectionately named, is a tax on children's unearned investment income or capital gains. Instead of taxing income and capital gains based on the child's tax bracket, the kiddie tax requires unearned income to be taxed at the parents' income and capital gains rates.

Before the expansion of the kiddie tax, parents turned to Uniform Transfer to Minors Accounts (UTMAs) or Uniform Gift to Minors Accounts (UGMAs) to move appreciated investments out of their estate. Once in the child's name, the assets were taxable at the child's - typically much lower - tax rates.

Shifting appreciated assets to a child could save a family 10% in capital gains taxes. Since most children earn little income, they usually fall into the lowest marginal tax brackets of 10% or 15%. Capital gains in these lowest two brackets are taxed at just 5%, compared to the typical 15% rate paid by many parents.

Savings could be even greater on short-term gains and investment income which are taxable at ordinary income tax rates. A child in the 10% bracket would pay 10% tax, instead of rates as high as 35% if mom and dad own the asset.

A once-in-a-lifetime kiddie tax loophole made intergenerational transfers even more appealing. In 2008, 2009, and 2010, capital gains rates are set to drop from 5% to 0% for individuals in 10% and 15% tax brackets. In other words, before the recent changes to the kiddie tax law, children 18 and over in the lowest two tax brackets could expect to pay no capital gains taxes in the next three years.

The new kiddie tax rule closes this loophole forever. If you were waiting for the days of 0% capital gains tax, you can kiss that dream good-bye.

Through 2005, the kiddie tax was limited to kids under 14. Last year, Congress cast the tax net wider, requiring children under age 18 to pay the kiddie tax. And this year, with the passage of the Small Business and Work Opportunity Tax Act of 2007, children under 19, or full-time students up to 24, will be subject to the kiddie tax. The good news is the new kiddie tax law doesn't take effect until January 1, 2008. If your child is between the ages of 18 to 23 this year you can still realize gains at your child's lower rate, if you act now.

After January 1st, children under 19, or full-time students under 24 will be stuck paying income and capital gains at their parents' tax rates. The kiddie tax applies as follows: No tax on the first $850 of earnings. Income between $851 and $1,700 is taxed at your child's tax rate. Any unearned income over $1,700 is taxable at the parents' marginal tax rate. However, children who provide for more than half of their own support will not be subject to the new law.

The expanded kiddie tax law now makes UGMA and UTMA a poor choice for college savings. Instead, 529 college savings accounts provide tax-free growth on contributions, allowing families to reduce their exposure to income and capital gains taxes. Qualified expenses such as college tuition, books, room and board can be withdrawn tax-free. And unlike UGMA and UTMA accounts, the college savings accounts are owned by the parent.

FREE Forex trading strategy

FREE Forex trading strategy
Here’s my free forex trading strategy that you can adopt and change for a start.

The free forex trading strategy that I outline is a mid term forex strategy that will provide a foundation that you can build upon.

Here is my free forex trading strategy for a well managed forex account.
Entry Point

1. Decide which pair you are going to trade.

2. Find out all major trends by checking the different interval forex charts. For example, 1 hour, 4 hours and daily forex charts

3. Plot the trend lines through the high points if it is on a downwards trends and plot the low points if it is on an upwards trend. You will need at least 2 months of data to be able to plot out the trend lines

4. Mark the support and resistance levels

5. If the price is almost approaching the trend line you have drawn, wait for it to move through or below the line before proceeding.

6. You might want to also check the RSI indicators to see if they give you a warning. Also make sure to check the MACD and Stochastic levels as well.

7. Make sure for the next 2 or 3 days, there are no major data releases for the two countries’s currencies. It will cause some fluctuations in the prices.

8. Get in and start trading but use no more than 10% of your capital

9. Place a stop loss but do not place it so far enough that you won’t make a profit. I would suggest 100 pips as a recommended stop loss point.

Exit Point

1. Put a take profits limit order. Set it to between 30 to 50 pips. If possible, place it just ahead of a major support or resistance level. Also, make sure your limit order is about 15 to 20 pips away from the S/R level.

When you are using my free forex trading system, be advised anything can happen during forex managed account trading so learn to adapt.

Fun With Finance

If you think finance is rather dry and boring, check out FeedthePig.org and enjoy the videos. These hilarious skits focus on interruptions in spending and may cause you to consider a few of your own spending patterns. Are they perhaps a bit, errr, greedy? Focused on the short term? The U.S. Commerce Department of Economic Analysis reports that Americans spend $1.22 for every $1.00 they earn!

If this is you, be sure to try Feed the Pig’s collection of tools and tips to help you save. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and state CPA societies partnered with the Ad Council to create Feed the Pig to encourage younger Americans to save as a key step in building a solid financial future.

Choosing a Financial Planner

If you are in the market for a financial planner, here are ten questions that you may want to ask your candidates before you choose an advisor.

How many years have you been in business?
Can you describe your typical clients?
What is your ratio of support staff to professional staff?
What is your reputation in the field and in the community?
Can we meet at your office? (You’ll learn a lot about his or her personality)
Do you understand what the advisor tells you or does he or she talk over your head?
Do you have a clean record?
What are your investment methods?
May I get referrals from other clients you have?
Do I have to sign a contract?

USB 3.0 from Intel, Buy Intel (INTC) stock

PCWorld reports that a faster version of the Universal Serial Bus ports are on the cards… Intel, spearheading the movement, along with other companies, are working together to promote USB 3.0.

USB 3.0 is said to deliver 10 times the speed of USB 2.0. The data transfer rates for USB 3.0 are charted at 4.8 Gigabits per second (Gbps) (the speed of USB 2.0 being 480 Mbps).

Intel stated that the USB 3.0 specification would be optimized for low
power and improved protocol efficiency. The USB 3.0 ports and cabling
will be designed with both copper and optical cable capabilities,
meaning even higher speeds will be possible in the future.

Intel has already unveiled a Wireless USB transfer format, operating at 480 Mbps.

These improvements, as usual, will mean a lot of implications…

* USB 2.0 obsolete
* USB 2.0 cheap as hell
* Increasing dependency on USB… Maybe even for local networking?!!
* Damn fast pen drives!!!

Hopefully, we’ll see USB 3.0 by next year.
