If you want to get your blog both spidered and indexed by Yahoo in 48 (maybe 72) hours, here’s a VERY easy way that (so far) seems to work.
1. Signup for Yahoo site explorer using your yahoo id
https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/mysites
2. Add your site
3. Authenticate your side by adding a meta tag e.g. < META name="y_key" content="768df2835f6e10e0" > in your site's home page.
You are all set.
