MyBlogLog and Blog Catalog Tricks

In the spirit of Halloween I thought I would devote today as Tricks and treats.

I’m sure everyone has thought about this but it seems that very few are actually using it.

1. Instead of using a boring avatar use an eye catching icon or better yet a sexy looking picture. Your sure to get people clicking on it. Its just our nature.

2. As you surf around to blogs that have the community avatar pictures you will get some traffic from those sources.

3. Kick it up a notch- Better yet bookmark all the blogs in your niche with MyBlogLog and Blog catalog communities. Here is another tip to add other social communities to Blog catalog.

4. Save them 10 per folder.

5. Open all in tabs and you have gotten your icon to appear on 10 blogs in just a couple clicks.
