Midomi Allows you to Search Music Using your Voice by Singing or Humming
Have you heard a song on the radio that you liked and can't figure out the name of the song or artist?
Last time we had posed this question, we had recommended that you can checkout Shazam, a song recognition application for the iPhone.
But what if you had heard a song somewhere (which you can sing or hum) and you are trying to figure out the name and artist of the song?
Midomi, another iPhone app that can help you out in such situations. Midomi, from Melodis, is an alternative to Shazam and probably the only iPhone application that allows you to search for music using your voice by singing or humming.

Vietnamese Hacker Unlocks iPhone 3G at Hardware Level

We have also reported about the iPhone dev team who are working tirelessly to release their software method to unlock iPhone 3G and appear to be very close.
There is apparently a third way to unlock iPhone 3G. You can get your iPhone 3G physically unlocked by an industrious Vietnamese hacker.

Developers can Now Distribute Free Copies of their iPhone App by Issuing Promotional Codes

Earlier iPhone developers had to rely either on ad-hoc distribution which was painful to provide review or promotional copies of their iPhone apps.
Developers can now distribute free copies of their iPhone app by issuing promotional codes.

Killer Pool provides the Most Realistic Pool Experience on the iPhone
There are quite a few pool games (also called Pocket billiards) available for the iPhone on the App Store. But Sauce Digital claims that their iPhone game - Killer Pool provides "the most realistic pool experience" on the iPhone.
After playing it for the last few days, I must admit that its true. Killer Pool by Sauce Digital is just made for the iPhone (like Freznic).
