Make more money with Google AdSense for Feeds

Google is the master of nifty new programs, I also find that I have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out exactly what they're doing, partially just because their programmers seem to know more about how to make my Web browser jump through hoops than anyone else on the Web!

Last week we were switched from FeedBurner's ad and feed delivery system to the new, more robust Google servers and the AdSense ad program for feeds. This is not a radically new technology but something that was readily acquired.

Well now that this is tightly integrated into AdSense, you can easily track your feed revenue all through your Google AdSense account page. Its really helpful for central account management. I wish they had the technology to also import my settings from Feedburner to AdSense. Hope Google is listening...

How to impress your Girlfriend

A thoughtful boyfriend is all most women want, be that for her and you will find yourself the light of her life. When you meet that special person, you want to show her how much she means to you. All you need is a moment to show some simple sweet acts will be all that is needed to make that special girl feel and look at your in a whole new light.

1. Take her on a picnic. Now that seems like it wouldn’t be all that special, but you can make it a picnic she will never forget. Get a picnic basket and fill it with all of the delectable treats that you know she loves. Make the food yourself. Food that is lovingly prepared will go a long way to impressing the one you love.

2. Buy her some pajamas. Pajamas are an inexpensive item and it will show her that you care about her comfort. Don’t go for the sexy lingerie, that will show her that you bought the gift for yourself. Nice warm, flannel pajamas are a more meaningful gift than a sexy teddy.

3. Next time you are in her home, sneak into the bathroom and draw her a bath. Light candles all around the bathtub and add some of her favorite bath products. If you bought the pajamas from item 2, leave them folded up in the bathroom ready for her. When everything is all set, bring her into the bathroom and just leave her to enjoy her thoughtful gift from you.

4. Surprise her with a dinner that you prepared. Find out what her favorites are and make sure that you include them in your dinner. Thoughtful gifts like this mean more to a woman than any amount of jewelry. At least, the kind of woman that you want in your life.

5. Give her a backrub. This does not cost you one penny and you will be showing her how much you care. If you know she has been having a hard day, it will impress her more than any other gift that you could give her.

These tips will go a long way to impressing your girlfriend and many won’t cost you anything.

China’s Olympics Opening Ceremonies

Did you watch the Olympics opening ceremonies in Beijing? Holy cow!!! That’s the most amazing opening of a ceremony, or opening of anything, that I have ever seen! China definitely went all out for their Olympic coming out party. They’ve set the bar so high for any games at international level. Then again, China’s budget for the summer games is something like $45 billion.

If you haven’t watched the opening ceremonies, it should be repeated tonight by the major networks. It’s well worth watching just just the wow factor alone. Here are some photos of the opening Ceremonies that was provided by Getty Images.
